Terms of Service

01Agreement

By creating an account or using the RevvMeet mobile app or website ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Belaffee Pty Ltd (ABN 18 698 604 214), trading as RevvMeet ("RevvMeet", "we", "us"). Contact: support@revvmeet.com.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in jurisdictions where local law sets a higher minimum for online service consent without parental authorisation). By using RevvMeet you confirm you meet this minimum age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your country of residence.

03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at security@revvmeet.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using automation without our consent, or maintain more than one personal account.

04Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, posts, comments, build records and other material you upload ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content to RevvMeet, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for technical adaptations like thumbnails), publish, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete Your Content, except for backup copies retained for a reasonable period and material already shared by other users.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

05Community guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion. Severe violations (CSAM, doxxing, credible threats) result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

06Reporting and moderation

Every post, comment, and profile has a Report option. We act on reports within 24 hours of receipt where possible and within 7 days at the outside. We also use automated content classifiers to flag harmful content for review.

You may also Block or Mute other users at any time from their profile page.

07Driving safety

RevvMeet provides scenic and inspirational driving routes for entertainment. The Service is not a navigation system and is not certified for any safety-critical use. Drive responsibly:

RevvMeet disclaims liability for incidents arising from following any route suggestion. Use the Service at your own risk and at the speed safe for the conditions.

08Subscriptions and purchases

RevvMeet offers free and paid tiers. Paid tiers grant additional features (more cars in your garage, hosting events, premium AI access). Subscription pricing and billing terms appear at point of purchase.

iOS in-app subscriptions (if applicable) are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple Account settings. Android subscriptions are billed by Google and managed in Google Play.

Physical merchandise (such as identity decals) is sold and shipped separately. Refund policy: contact support@revvmeet.com within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds for digital subscriptions are governed by the platform you purchased through (Apple or Google).

09Intellectual property

RevvMeet, its name, logo, identity glyphs (in their RevvMeet context), interface, and source code are owned by Belaffee Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service outside of what's permitted by applicable law.

10Third-party content

The Service displays content from external sources (vendor websites for parts, map tiles, AI-generated text). We are not responsible for that content. Linking to a vendor is not an endorsement.

11Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVVMEET'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID REVVMEET IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RevvMeet harmless from any claim arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14Termination

You can terminate your account any time via Settings → Privacy → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

After termination, your data enters a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it by signing back in. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted (except backup copies held for a reasonable period and content other users have already shared).

15Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. If you continue using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be confirmed with counsel]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
