Live Streaming & Creator Terms
Operated by: Belaffee Pty Ltd (ACN 698 604 214 / ABN 18 698 604 214), trading as "REVVMEET"
01Scope and acceptance
By starting a live stream, entering a Battle, or otherwise broadcasting in real time ("Streaming"), you ("Creator") agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, and Children's Safety & Age Assurance Policy. If you don't agree, don't Stream.
02Eligibility
- You must be 16 or older (or the higher local minimum) and have an account in good standing.
- No paid streaming at launch. Streaming is not monetised: Creators are not paid, and viewers cannot tip or purchase paid access to Streams. If we introduce monetisation later, additional terms (verification, tax, payouts, viewer purchases) will apply and you will be asked to accept them.
03Real-time conduct rules
While Streaming you must not broadcast, and must take reasonable steps to prevent participants from contributing, content that:
- is unlawful, or sexual, exploitative, or harmful to minors (zero tolerance — see Children's Safety Policy);
- depicts or encourages dangerous or illegal driving (e.g. street racing on public roads, evading police, reckless stunts endangering others), real-world violence, self-harm, or criminal activity;
- harasses, threatens, doxxes, or incites hatred against others;
- infringes intellectual property (including playing copyrighted music or broadcasting others' video without rights);
- reveals others' personal information without consent (number plates, faces of bystanders, home addresses); or
- otherwise breaches the Community Guidelines.
[FLAG — driving content.] A car-enthusiast live platform invites footage of driving. Decide and state your line clearly: track/closed-circuit and lawful content is welcome; public-road street racing, speed exhibitions, and police-evasion content is prohibited because it can expose REVVMEET to facilitation/aiding arguments and platform-store removal. Counsel should confirm wording for your key markets.
04Our moderation rights and tools
We may, without prior notice and at our discretion:
- monitor, record, sample, interrupt, or terminate any Stream;
- remove a Stream from distribution and delete its recording;
- suspend or terminate accounts; and
- use automated and human moderation, in-stream reporting, banned-term detection, and an emergency kill-switch.
We are not obligated to monitor every Stream and do not pre-screen live content. Action (or inaction) on any Stream does not waive our rights as to others.
05Recording, storage, and consent
- Streams may be recorded and stored (30 days (proposed — confirm before launch)) for safety, moderation, dispute resolution, and legal-hold purposes.
- You are responsible for obtaining the consent of identifiable people who appear in your Stream, and for complying with recording/filming and surveillance laws in your location (these vary by Australian state and by country).
- You grant REVVMEET the licence set out in the Terms of Service to host, distribute, and (for safety/moderation) retain your Stream.
06Reporting and escalation
Anyone can report a live Stream in real time via the in-app report control. Reports involving imminent harm or suspected CSEA are escalated immediately under the Moderation-Ops Runbook, which may include immediate termination, evidence preservation, account suspension, and reporting to authorities (eSafety/ACCCE/AFP, NCMEC where relevant).
07Creator monetisation
Not available at launch. Streaming on REVVMEET is not monetised: there are no creator payouts, tips, or paid-access Streams. If monetisation is introduced in future, separate terms covering eligibility, fees/splits, payouts, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks will be published and must be accepted before you can use those features.
08Disclaimers and liability
- Streaming is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law (and subject to non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent), we exclude liability for Creator or viewer conduct, lost revenue, and stream interruptions.
- You indemnify REVVMEET against claims arising from your Streams or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
09Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the Streaming features at any time. We may suspend or end your access to Streaming for breach or risk. Sections that by nature should survive (licence, indemnity, liability, payouts owed/withheld) survive termination.
