Operated by: Belaffee Pty Ltd (ACN 698 604 214 / ABN 18 698 604 214), trading as "REVVMEET"

01Overview

REVVMEET hosts user-generated content (photos, videos, live streams, vehicle builds, comments). We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement. This policy explains how rights holders can report infringing material and how users can respond.

02United States — DMCA safe harbour (17 U.S.C. § 512)

As a host of third-party content, REVVMEET seeks the protection of the DMCA "safe harbour". To rely on it we:

  1. Designate an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the agent's details (below);
  2. Act expeditiously to remove or disable access to material upon a valid notice;
  3. Operate a repeat-infringer termination policy (section 6); and
  4. Have no actual knowledge of infringement we fail to act on.

[ACTION — launch blocker for US protection.] Register a designated agent at the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Directory (copyright.gov/dmca-directory). The fee is approximately US$6 and registration must be renewed every 3 years. Until registered, the safe harbour is unavailable even if this policy is live. (Context: the U.S. Supreme Court's March 2026 decision in Cox Communications v. Sony Music re-confirmed the safe-harbour framework but did not make compliance optional.)

2.1 How to file a takedown notice (DMCA §512(c)(3))

Send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. the REVVMEET URL or post ID);
  4. Your contact details (name, address, phone, email);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

Designated DMCA Agent:

Annol Kimurgor (Director), Belaffee Pty Ltd

15A Symphony Avenue, Strathpine QLD 4500, Australia

Email: dmca@revvmeet.com

Phone: [Dedicated company support/legal line — to be provisioned (not a personal/founder number)]

2.2 Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake; your contact details; and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court (and acceptance of service from the complainant). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

03Australia and other jurisdictions

Outside the US we act on valid infringement notices under applicable local law (e.g. the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and the safe-harbour scheme for carriage/online service providers, the EU Copyright Directive, and others). The notice should contain substantially the same information as section 2.1. We assess each notice and remove or restrict content where appropriate.

04Trade marks, designs, and other IP

Reports of trade-mark, design, passing-off, or other IP infringement (including misuse of vehicle-manufacturer marks or another creator's branding) may be sent to dmca@revvmeet.com with: identification of the right and its registration (if any); the allegedly infringing material; and your contact details and authority to act.

[FLAG — your own marks.] Do not display the ® symbol next to "REVVMEET" until the trade mark is registered. Using ® on an unregistered mark is unlawful in the US and Australia. Use ™ in the interim.

05Abuse of this process

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability (including under §512(f) of the DMCA). We may decline to act on, or de-prioritise, notices that are incomplete, abusive, or made in bad faith.

06Repeat-infringer policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We maintain internal records of strikes/notices per account to administer this policy.

07Contact and updates

Questions: legal@revvmeet.com. We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
