01What this policy covers
"Cookies" are small text files a site stores on your device. We also use related
browser technologies that do the same job — localStorage, sessionStorage,
and IndexedDB — and on mobile the equivalent native key-value stores. In this
policy "cookies" means all of these unless stated otherwise.
This policy explains what we set, why, how long it lasts, and how you can control
it. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
02The categories we use
(a) Strictly necessary — always on
These make the service work and cannot be switched off. We do not ask consent for
these because the service cannot function without them.

(b) Functional / preferences
Remember your choices so the app behaves the way you set it. Without these the
app still works, but resets your preferences each visit.

(d) Analytics / performance — only if enabled
If and when we use analytics, we will list the specific tools here and, where the
law requires consent (e.g. EU/EEA, UK), we will obtain it before setting any
non-essential analytics cookie. **At launch REVVMEET does not run third-party
advertising cookies and does not sell or share personal information for
cross-context behavioural advertising.**
03We do not use advertising / tracking cookies
REVVMEET does not set third-party advertising cookies, does not build advertising
profiles, and does not allow third parties to track you across other websites
through our service. Age-assurance and moderation data are never used for
advertising or profiling.
04How to control cookies
- In-app / on the web: you can clear cookies and local storage at any time
through your browser settings (e.g. Safari → Settings → Privacy; Chrome →
Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data). Clearing them will sign
you out and reset your preferences.
- Browser-level blocking: most browsers let you block or limit cookies. If you
block strictly-necessary cookies, sign-in and core features will not work.
- Mobile: clearing the app's storage (or reinstalling) removes local data;
managing your subscription is done through your App Store / Google Play account.
- Region-specific consent: where consent is legally required, a consent
control will be presented before non-essential cookies are set, and you can
withdraw consent at any time via the same control.
05Third-party processors
Some cookies are set by processors acting on our behalf. Their handling of data is
governed by their own terms and our agreements with them. Key processors: Clerk
(authentication), Supabase (backend/auth), Stripe (web payments),
Cloudinary (media), RevenueCat (mobile subscriptions), and our hosting
provider. See the Privacy Policy and the DPA / Processor Register for the full list

06Changes
We may update this policy as the app's technology changes. Material changes will be
notified as required. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

reconcile the tables above with what actually loads; (2) if any analytics tool is
added, list it + wire consent for EU/EEA/UK; (3) confirm consistency with the
Privacy Policy; (4) lawyer review.
