Acceptable Use Policy
Operated by: Belaffee Pty Ltd (ACN 698 604 214 / ABN 18 698 604 214), trading as "REVVMEET"
01Purpose
This policy sets the rules for using REVVMEET and for the content you upload, post, stream, or share ("Content"). Breaching it may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or account termination, and where required, reporting to authorities.
02You must not
Illegal and harmful:
- Break any applicable law, or use REVVMEET to facilitate illegal activity.
- Upload or promote content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors (zero tolerance).
- Encourage or depict dangerous or illegal driving on public roads (street racing, speed exhibitions, evading police, stunts endangering others). Lawful track/closed-circuit content is permitted.
- Promote, plan, or glorify violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the sale of illegal goods (including stolen vehicles or parts, illegal modifications where unlawful, or restricted/weapon items).
Harm to others:
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or incite hatred against people on the basis of protected attributes.
- Post others' private or identifying information without consent (doxxing) — including number plates, faces of bystanders, home/work locations.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Integrity and security:
- Post spam, scams, deceptive offers, pyramid/MLM schemes, or fake engagement.
- Infringe intellectual property (re-uploading others' photos/videos/music without rights).
- Introduce malware; attempt to breach, probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform; or circumvent rate limits, security controls, or age assurance.
- Use bots or automation to create accounts or manipulate metrics.
Content standards:
- Post sexual, pornographic, or excessively violent/graphic material.
- Misuse live streaming (see Live Streaming & Creator Terms).
03Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your Content and for having the rights and consents needed to post it.
- Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Respect age and regional restrictions on certain features and content.
04Enforcement
We may, with or without notice depending on severity:
- remove or restrict Content;
- issue warnings or "strikes";
- limit, suspend, or terminate accounts;
- preserve evidence and report to authorities where required (e.g. eSafety, ACCCE/AFP, NCMEC).
We aim to act proportionately and to provide a statement of reasons and an appeal route where required (e.g. under the EU Digital Services Act notice-and-action regime) — see the Reporting/Complaints Policy.
05Reporting violations
Report content or conduct in-app or to safety@revvmeet.com. Urgent threats to life should also be reported to local emergency services.
06Changes
We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Note: Keep this AUP consistent with the Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policy you already hold — overlapping but inconsistent documents create enforcement gaps.
